Working in High-stakes environments, and as a mother with high expectations of myself, I began to notice a pattern — I prioritised everything and everyone else, from career to family, while often overlooking the foundation of it all: my own nourishment and recovery.

I couldn’t find options that were both effortless and truly clean, without additives or hidden ingredients, so I created PRIOR — a way to make the right choice simple. I wanted a lifestyle rooted in anti-inflammatory choices: the clarity of fresh celery juice, the vibrant energy of green smoothies, and the comfort of nutrient-dense soups. But I needed these to be accessible, even on the busiest days.
